WHAT IS CLICK OR CALL & COLLECT?
You can order your products online or over the phone & collect from Our Store in Underwood.
Click & Collect is currently not able to be selected at checkout. If you would like to Collect your order. Add each item to the Quote Tab found on each items page, fill out the information at checkout - in notes put that you would like Click & Collect and we will send you an invoice to make payment. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
WHICH ITEMS CAN I ORDER WITH CLICK & COLLECT?
If all items in your cart are in-stock at our store, you'll be able to choose "Click & Collect" during the checkout process. We'll organise your order ready for you to collect in-store.
WHATS DIFFERENT WITH CALL & COLLECT?
We can discuss what stock we have available or make recommendations for alternative options. This is a great if you're not sure what to go with as we can pinpoint the best option and help you find what you need.
Once we have finalised the order we will take immediate payment over the phone so please have your CREDIT CARD ready. We will then organise your order ready for you to collect in-store.

When it's ready, we will call you to confirm order and pickup time.
The pickup time is flexible so we can work with what time suits you best.
