Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.    Dispatch for all orders is 1 to 10 working days depending on the item/s ordered and unless otherwise stated on our website. If you are needing your item quicker than the above stated times, please email us prior to placing your order.

You will be notified by email if we or the supplier is out of stock and given an estimated time of arrival.  Due to circumstances out of our control delivery times are an estimate only and we cannot be held responsible for delivery once items are in the hands of the Delivery Service.

Delivery options are available on our site, some items are too bulky to send by standard delivery and we want to give you the best price.  If you select the Incorrect delivery for your area, you will be emailed and sent an invoice for the delivery cost.

Change of Mind & Cancellations

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

If you change your mind at anytime and wish to cancel your order, you will be given a store credit or if you request a refund you will be charged a cancellation/restocking fee of 20%.
