DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We endeavour to dispatch your orders as quick as possible. Express option is available, but is Express delivery not Express Dispatch. Dispatch for all orders is 1 to 10 working days depending on the item/s ordered.
If your item is Fragile or Bulky our online calculator may not calculate a freight price, the checkout will not give you an option for delivery. Please email is for a quote prior to placing your order and one of our staff can get a freight quote to you.
- Delivery timeframes take 2-10 days depending on your location and if your item is in stock. Generally
- Queensland Metro – Metro 2 days, Regional 3-4 days
- New South Wales – Metro 3 days, Regional 4-5 days
- Victoria – Metro 5 days, Regional 6-10 days
- South Australia – Metro 5 days, Regional 6-10 days
- Western Australia – Metro 5 days, Regional 6-10 days
- Northern Territory – Metro 5 days, Regional 6-10 days
We will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however many factors (some of which are beyond our control) can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
We ship the majority of our items via Australia Post eParcel, and Couriers. All of our items are traceable with tracking numbers. At the time of dispatch you will receive a notification and tracking number.
You can view estimated shipping costs before you proceed to the checkout by adding your items to the cart. You will need to enter your state and postcode then you will be able to view what the shipping price will be.
Delivery costs are calculated on the website when you add items to your cart and are based on your postcode, weight and amount of boxes needed to pack your items.
For security purposes all items must be signed for and cannot be left at your premises without a signature.
On the very rare occasion that a parcel may go missing we will lodge an investigation with the courier company. This investigation can take 5-10 working days for the courier company to complete. You will be kept appraised of the status of this investigation as it takes place.

Terms & Conditions
- Any damage to property during carriage or on delivery to the nominated address of the buyer will not be the responsibility of BubMania.
- All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by BubMania, however customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for same. BubMania shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery
- Please note that you will incur a restocking fee if you return unwanted products.
- BubMania only offers delivery within Australia
- BubMania endeavours to ensure the accuracy of our website pricing and content; in the case of a technical based pricing or content error we reserve the right to cancel or refund the mistaken purchase price to you.
- If an order is rejected on our Website we will endeavour to notify you within a reasonable time after the order has been submitted.
