We endeavour to dispatch your orders as quick as possible. Dispatch for all orders is 1 to order 5 working days depending on the item/s ordered and unless otherwise stated on our website.

We use Australia Post for most items with Tracking and Signature, for some small items (under $100) we use Sendle, tracking and no signature required. If you want signature on delivery for items under $100 please request this.
If you require your items quickly, we would encourage you to email the store for stock levels, prior to placing your order. Once your order has been placed it cannot be changed.
Delivery to Brisbane Postcodes is a flat rate of $11 except for some larger bulky items. (see below for information on Delivery for Bulky Items)
Express Australia Post and Courier options are available, please add your products to the "Quote" Tab and in the comments let us know what you require.
Insurance is additional, if you would like your items insured please send us a Quote request. In the event your item goes missing, Australia Post will only compensate you $100 + Delivery if it is their fault for the loss of the parcel. So for more expensive items we recommend you take out additional cover, as once the items leave our warehouse delivery is out of our hands and we do not take any responsibility for this.
If your item is Fragile or Bulky our online calculator may not calculate a freight price, the checkout will not give you an option for delivery. Please add your items to the "Quote" tab found on each product page. We will send you a Quote/Invoice for your items including Delivery.
Bulky Item Delivery to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast & Toowoomba postcodes is between $25 and $90 depending on the number of items. Please add to the "Quote" tab for a Quote/Invoice.
We will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however many factors (some of which are beyond our control) can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
We ship the majority of our items via Australia Post eParcel, and Couriers. All of our items are traceable with tracking numbers. At the time of dispatch you will receive a notification and tracking number.
You can view estimated shipping costs before you proceed to the checkout by adding your items to the cart. You will need to enter your state and postcode then you will be able to view what the shipping price will be.
Delivery costs are calculated on the website when you add items to your cart and are based on your postcode, weight and amount of boxes needed to pack your items.
For security purposes all items must be signed for and cannot be left at your premises without a signature.
On the very rare occasion that a parcel may go missing we will lodge an investigation with the courier company. This investigation can take 5-10 working days for the courier company to complete. You will be kept appraised of the status of this investigation as it takes place.
If you have received anything that is not correct, faulty or damaged please email us and we will discuss how to rectify this as quickly and as smoothly as possible for you. Reply back on your Order Receipt and provide images or video if possible.
