This Refund, Return and Repair Policy is applicable to purchases made from via https://www.bubmania.com.au/ and the Bub Mania retail store.

At BubMania we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We therefore recommend you read our Refund, Return and Repairs Policy prior to you making a purchase from BubMania online, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from the BubMania store, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.  If you have any questions about this policy, please email us at sales@bubmania.com.au

Received the incorrect Item 

If you have received the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can correct our mistake.  Exchanges/Refunds will only be given if we are unable to resolve the issue.  Refunds will not be processed if you happen to go to another store and purchase the item prior to contacting us to help with a solution.

 

About our Refund, Return & Repair Policy  

This is the Refund, Repair and Return Policy of BubMania Online, and applies where you make a purchase online from www.bubmania.com.au and the BubMania retail store.

 

Change of Mind & Cancellations

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Delivery options are available on our site, some items are too bulky to send by standard delivery and we want to give you the best price.  If you select the Incorrect delivery for your area, you will be emailed and sent an invoice for the delivery cost.  If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you will be given a store credit or if you request a refund you will be charged an administration/restocking fee of 10%, Special Orders and Pre-Order Fee is 20%.

Payment made by Afterpay, Zip, Humm, Latitude or any other buy now pay later payment chanels will not be refunded under any circumstances, a store credit is only available.

The following conditions apply:

    • No exchanges or credits will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed, or where original packaging has been damaged; or clearance items;
    • Items must be returned as purchased new, in original sealed and undamaged packaging;
    • Sale Items, Floor Stock and Clearance are Final Sale, no refunds or store credit will be given.
    • Christening & Special Occassion Wear: no refund or credit will be given, we will exchange the product for the same style in the size you required.
    • Goods must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase;
    • Customer must produce original proof of purchase docket/receipt;
    • Products offered on sale or clearance specials are not returnable unless faulty.
    • Some hygiene and safety products including Swimwear, Swaddles, Car Seat, Mattresses and Accessories are unable to be returned unless faulty.
    • Warranty – all product warranties are manufacturer’s warranties. Manufactures are entitled to attempt to repair a product before offering a refund, credit or exchange. (Product assessments are required to determine the appropriate means of action for each individual item).
    • Any costs incurred by the customer to return the product for repair to BubMania will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
    • Warranty periods do vary for each product and this period commences from date of sale.
    • Cancellation of online orders will incur a 10% restocking fee.  Special Orders and Pre-Order Fee and sale items (if not clearance) is 20%.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please email us. BubMania staff will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to the BubMania Store and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be made by BubMania via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.  Some financial institutions charge fees for processing payments and refunds, if these fees are not refunded to BubMania they will be passed onto the purchaser as these are fees charged by the financial institution you have chosen to make payments with.

 

Delivery Charges

Where BubMania considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to BubMania will be at BubMania’s cost.

 

Returns and Repairs

You may return goods we have delivered to you by mail by contacting us at 07-3808 9678.  You may also contact or attend the BubMania Store where you collected your goods, or where your goods were dispatched from, and a BubMania staff member will assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement. Goods must be returned within a reasonable time. This timeframe may vary from product to product and may depend on the type of product you purchased and the price you paid. Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description. You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.

In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

Please be aware that in most cases the item may need to be returned to the Supplier for assessment and we need to wait for their reply, prior to replacing or providing a refund or store credit.

Some products offer a return no questions asked within a certain timeframe. This agreement is with the manufacturer and may not meet BubMania's return policy.  If we provide this satisfactory guarantee it will be on your invoice.  We do not give refunds for change of mind on any product, a store credit will be issued.
